You will meet safety, customer, community, environmental, and construction standards. In this role, you will support project managers, manage technical information, and be responsible for achieving financial, time, and quality targets.This role will spend time on site managing technical aspects of construction activities; hybrid working arrangements available.This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:Safety leadership throughout the project delivery phaseActively support the Project Manager in planning and coordination of all construction-related activitiesManage all technical information with design service providers and installation service providersCoordinate with project managers on all material-related issues on siteManagement of project and delivery partner quality assurance and compliance to agreed quality standards through regular inspection, auditing, management of NCRs, and reportingContributes to the assessment and management of project and network risks and opportunities, including ensuring project constructability, operability, and maintainabilityAccountable for ensuring design compliance on technical deliverables of the projects including ensuring safe work procedures are practiced throughout delivery of projects.You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:Electrical Trades certificate preferredVESI training required to perform High Voltage electrical construction worksAusNet Network Authorities are preferredProven experience in High Voltage electrical infrastructure construction managementStrong technical skillsConstruction quality management skillsSafety leadershipAbility to coordinate with construction and commissioning workforce on siteUnderstanding of safe work methods and ability to review themA real place to belongWe celebrate unique voices, refreshing perspectives, and diversity in our team.
