Opportunity exists for an experienced and hands on Internal Sales Manager to lead our high performing Internal Sales team at our Canning Vale branch.
Working Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm, this office based role will be integral to the performance outcomes of our Internal Sales Team.
Reporting to the Executive Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be results driven, a mentor who will inspire, train and motivate the internal sales team to meet and exceed overall sales targets and KPIs, other responsibilities include: Leading and managing the Internal Sales team in accordance with the Company's vision and values, assisting in the ongoing development of your direct reports.
Establishing strong working relationships with key sales customers, working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively developing relationships with new customers and work to maximise market share.
Developing and monitoring high level, sophisticated performance metrics.
Working towards meeting and exceeding agreed targets on a monthly and annual basis.
Preparing reports and presentations on sales revenue including data on sales and market analytics.
The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have: A motivated and 'hands on' individual with Internal Sales management experience in a similar position, preferably within the hire or capital equipment sales business.
Telemarketing or Sales Call Centre management will be viewed favourably.
Ability to continually develop strategies for ongoing training and development of your team to ensure continued growth and engagement.
A successful track record for achieving results through influence.
Undergraduate and, or postgraduate qualifications in business management or any affiliated course would be advantageous.
Strong leaderships and people management skills combined with sound emotional intelligence.
The proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to persuade, negotiate and resolve conflict.
Resilience and the determination to achieve required results.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer software including CRM and video conferencing software.
The ability to prepare reports, presentations and supporting information.
The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment effectively, meet deadlines and successfully prioritise work.
