If you wish to have an opportunity to implement your passion, innovative thinking and grow professionally and personally, read on.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Leadership: Manage and oversee the provision of evidence-based, high-quality clinical care, supporting the Service Manager in providing operational guidance and ensuring the smooth functioning of care services.Consulting and Mentoring: Act as a clinical consultant, offering expertise on nursing care matters while mentoring your team to deliver the highest standards of care.What We're Looking For:Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration.Experience: At least five years as a Clinical Manager in Residential Aged Care.Compliance Expertise: In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and recent accreditation processes.Additional Skills:Gerontology Certificate / Diploma or willingness to obtain.Current working knowledge of ANACC.Experience with Quality Assurance Programs.Strong communication skills across all management levels, staff, residents, and their representatives.Proactive problem-solving abilities and willingness to collaborate with our Clinical Governance and Quality Managers.Knowledge of Autumn Care software is highly regarded.Benefits We Offer:Relocation Assistance: For candidates moving to the area, we offer up to $5,000 to cover relocation-related expenses.
