Reporting to the General Manager, you will guide a select team of Client Advisors in delivering unparalleled service. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and guide a team of Client Advisors to set the standard for excellence in client service and sales performance.
* Foster and cultivate deep client relationships to elevate client loyalty and contribute to the boutique's esteemed clientele.
* Exhibit agility and proactivity in leadership, adapting seamlessly to the dynamic landscape of luxury retail.
* Drive sales targets and uphold accountability for team KPIs, employing a strategic and results-oriented approach.
* Collaborate closely with Head Office to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the unique character of the store.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in luxury retail, coupled with an in-depth understanding of luxury ready to wear and accessories.
* Strong leadership capabilities and performance management experience, inspiring and motivating a team to exceed targets.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain valuable client relationships.
