Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our Gosford Paediatric Inpatient Unit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide coordinated, high-quality care for children and families, bridging hospital and community services.
About the Role
* You will be responsible for providing acute and sub-acute nursing care within a multidisciplinary team setting, incorporating short stay, outreach/hospital in the home services, and outpatient clinics.
* You will work closely with families to ensure the best outcomes for young patients and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.
About You
* You hold current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current driver's license.
* You possess interest in Acute Paediatrics/Neonatal Nursing or Paediatric outpatient clinic, with demonstrated effective clinical communication skills.
* You have an understanding of team nursing and can effectively collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
