The opportunity
This new role leads the provision of expert human resources advice to enable the delivery of key Health Infrastructure workforce related priorities and initiatives.
The role is responsible for providing workforce related advice in the areas of workforce design, performance management, employee and industrial relations matters and implements workforce strategies to support effective people management across Health Infrastructure.
This is a full-time fixed term role for a period of 12 months. Secondment opportunities could be considered.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
