We are currently partnering with an high profile entrepreneur in Sydney, seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to contribute to the smooth operation of their daily activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a high-profile individual in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the unique aspect of splitting time between Sydney, Australia, and Miami, USA.
What You Will Be Doing: As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations for our client. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to travel, administrative support, household management, guest services, personal service, health management, security, confidentiality, formal etiquette, and protocol.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Coordinate and organise travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
5. Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
6. Oversee household management, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and collaboration with household staff.
7. Welcome and attend to our client and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during visits and events.
8. Assist with personal tasks and health-related activities, following prescribed routines.
9. Implement security measures to protect privacy and assets, handling confidential information with discretion.
10. Maintain a strong understanding of formal etiquette and protocol for various situations.
Our Ideal Candidate:
11. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
12. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving background.
13. Clear understanding of travel logistics.
14. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Location and Accommodation: This unique role involves splitting time between Sydney, Australia, and Miami, USA. The successful candidate will be based in Miami for 6-8 months. Visa arrangements and accommodation will be organised by the business for the chosen candidate.
