Schedule: MONDAY - SATURDAY 9AM-5PM
Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
3. Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
4. Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
5. Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
6. Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients.
7. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
8. Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity is respected.
Experience:
1. Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred.
2. Knowledge of basic first aid procedures.
3. Familiarity with systems for lifting and transferring clients safely.
4. Experience in working with individuals with autism is a plus.
5. Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job.
