Responsibilities
1. Renew insurance policy renewals for existing Business clients
2. Negotiate insurance policy terms with internal and external Underwriting staff
3. Cross sell and upsell insurance products and services to clients
4. Achieve personal and team retention targets
5. Partner with clients and colleagues across the business
6. Multi-task whilst navigating a range ofplex technologies including Salesforce
7. Research the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environment
8. Participate in training and mentor sessions to develop technical knowledge
About You
Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:
9. Strong verbal, written and interpersonalmunication skills
10. Initiative and problem-solving skills
11. Experience in Insurance broking, Financial Services, Health funds, Customer Service, or similar organizations servicing large client volumes (highly regarded)
12. Experience operating in a retention or sales environment whilst achieving KPI's
13. Self driven towards setting and achieving goals and making a difference
14. Excellentmunication skills (verbal & written)
15. Strong attention to detail and able to meet timelines
16. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
17. RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking or willingness to obtain one (highly regarded)
18. Keen to learn and able to make sense of information and learn systems and technologies quickly
19. Strong MS Word and Excel skills
20. Knowledge of Salesforce (highly regarded)
