You will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of stakeholders and will facilitate strong, long-term relationships. Your stakeholder management skills will be critical in nurturing existing partnerships while also expanding your network to drive new business opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities include:
* Account manage a portfolio of existing clients and their ongoing projects
* Support and drive new business growth through the development of strong client relationships and networks
* Maintain a high client retention rate through effective relationship management
* Provide expert insurance industry knowledge to clients
* Deliver outstanding and efficient service across all client touchpoints
We are looking for someone with:
* Business development or relationship management experience within the insurance industry
* A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, growing consultancy environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* A collaborative attitude and passion for contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture
