The Role
* Handle daily event sales inquiries via phone, sales department, email, or web.
* Focus on meeting monthly events budget and maximizing sales through effective follow-ups.
* Build strong relationships with clients.
* Manage event operations by creating and distributing event orders.
* Ensure timely communication of upcoming events and changes to all hotel departments.
Talent Profile
What we are looking for:
* Driven and passionate professional with at least 2 years of recent experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and executing events.
* Excellent customer relations skills and demonstrate leadership capability.
* Opera PMS and Sales & Catering experience.
