About the Role Join our dedicated civilian team at Amberley Health Centre, supporting over 6,500 Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) members with comprehensive medical services, including primary and aviation medical, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical care. Operating hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, and a shorter Friday schedule (5.5 hours), giving you an early start to your weekend. What You’ll Be Doing Morning Routine: Begin your day with a two-hour sick parade, triaging and supporting patients with injuries or illnesses. Patient-Centric Care: Deliver outpatient assessments, administer medications, and provide exceptional nursing care. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the Registered Nurse on duty to ensure top-tier patient outcomes. Efficient Administration: Maintain accurate clinical records, manage bookings, and ensure seamless patient recall. Clinical Expertise: Use your professional judgment to assess and treat patients within your scope of practice. Proactive Reporting: Identify and report unusual trends or incidents to the clinical supervisor. What You’ll Need to Succeed Current, unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with AHPRA. Minimum 2 years of full-time post-registration nursing experience in the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent), preferably in acute care, primary healthcare, or a military setting. Participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities aligned with AHPRA requirements. Current CPR certification (HLTAID009).
