As a Graduate Solutions Engineer at Neara, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and helping our team reach our goals and grow worldwide.
You will build and maintain relationships with clients, working with both new and existing customers at various levels of seniority.
Your role will include advising clients, providing technical support, and offering training on our products.
Your success in this role hinges on a robust understanding of structural engineering, making it a great opportunity for candidates with degrees in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering.
You will report to the Chief of Product, collaborating closely to meet the objectives of our global operations.

What You Will Do Drawing on your engineering knowledge, meet with customers to understand their problems and develop practical solutions using our software platform.Work with the sales and customer success teams to create tailored solutions for customer needs.Collaborate with product development teams to identify, prioritize, and test key features before release.Provide engineering advice and technical support to Neara end users.Conduct customer training on platform best practices to achieve innovative and effective results.Design and deliver technical demonstrations or proof of concept implementations to show platform capabilities.Support the sales and customer success teams by answering technical queries and offering consulting advice.Build and maintain relationships with customers, especially those involved in using and implementing the platform. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on structural engineering.Experience in a technical role involving product implementation and customer success.Experience or interest in advanced structural analysis including FEA, Structural Dynamics, Fatigue Analysis will be highly regarded and supported.Programming experience is highly regarded but not required.Experience with LIDAR, GIS, or Utilities is highly advantageous.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated, solutions-driven, detail-oriented, and organized.Experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.Proficient in cloud-based applications.
