This role will see you working hands-on in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and program artefact management, ensuring the success of key projects in a critical environment. Based in Canberra, this full-time, on-site position offers a unique chance to work within high-stakes settings and collaborate with senior executives on essential initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate program managers in developing and managing project artefacts, reports, and procurement documents.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, financials, and key stakeholders.
* Facilitate clear and effective communication, promoting alignment with program goals.
* Provide secretariat support to executive-level boards and assist with procurement needs.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar, ideally within government or large enterprises.
* Exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, especially in senior-level secretariat services.
* Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building.
* Proactive, resilient, and professional, with a track record of reliability and integrity.
* Candidates must be willing to work full time on site
