Kimberley Education Regional Office is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and organised Engagement and Transitions Manager. In a key part of the role, the Manager oversees the participation team in the East and West Kimberley Regions of Western Australia. The position itself, is based in Broome Western Australia and travel to parts of the Kimberley Region is part of the role
The successful applicant will provide support and advice to ensure the development and implementation of strategic directions to maximise transition services across the region and schools. They will monitor and assess the effectiveness of the programs and strategies as well as facilitate links between schools, State Training Providers, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), Education Regional Office and the Department in implementing policy and key initiatives.
The Engagement and Transitions Manager will be required to evaluate, monitor and report on programs, service maintenance and operational standards across the region. They will develop effective risk management plans and identify student support service gaps and provide advice accordingly.
