ASC's Graduate Program: ASC's Graduate Program commencing in July 2025 is a structured 2-year program, where you will rotate through a number of specialist areas across the business in South Australia and Western Australia, allowing you to understand submarines, inside and out.
As a graduate at ASC, you will be working on unique, challenging and interesting projects.
You will be provided with all the tools, mentoring, and experience required to excel through the program, with access to a cutting-edge team of specialists and expert leadership to guide you throughout.
Our program will challenge you, broaden your knowledge, and provide opportunities to build networks and grow personally and professionally within a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive culture.
You will build your knowledge on submarines through on-the-job training, engaged as part of the team, plus offsite training and development days, setting the foundation for your career in defence.
Following successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to continue your career within your preferred specialist department.

Eligibility and Requirements This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology.
Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
