If you're customer-focused, skilled in e-commerce, passionate about diving into digital details, and thrive on teamwork and building relationships, this could be the perfect role for you Perks of the company: Up to $145,000 Inclusive of Superannuation 10% Bonus Option to WFH 40% of the week Free parking available – offices based in North-West VIC Well-being initiatives and Employee Assistance Program Work with a supportive, dynamic, and fiercely dedicated team Clear pathway and growth plan in place for the business Ambitious and humble team dynamic Employee benefits scheme, corporate rates and retail discounts Your daily duties will include: Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will develop and deliver marketing and e-commerce strategies for all business units Drive e-commerce growth and manage partnerships to increase revenue and customer segments Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and ensure all collateral adheres to brand guidelines – bring new ideas to the table that will drive campaign results Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies, aligning with business goals Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet revenue and growth targets Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with third-party suppliers to identify and leverage marketing opportunities Monitor performance and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, budget utilization, and ROI.
