Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support and advice to the Area Manager OHST on establishment management, including recruitment, orientation, contract management, and leave analysis.Coordinate asset and facilities management including related purchasing functions within OHST, ensuring appropriate legislation and guidelines are followed.Undertake project work, high-level analysis, and quality assurance checks on a range of business processes and service activities including service performance and improvement.Assist the Area Manager OHST in the investigation and management of incidents and consumer feedback.Provide high-level clerical and administrative support as required on OHST business activities including the timely preparation and distribution of documents.Participate in the development and maintenance of OHST policies and procedures and their dissemination to relevant staff.Details of Appointment This position is based in the northern region, predominantly in the Launceston area - in particular the Northern Dental Centre. The working days for this position are Monday to Friday.
Permanent full-time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight/as and when required, commencing as soon as possible. Notwithstanding, hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary: $95,393 - $100,067 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
