You'll be involved in a range of property types includingBuild-to-Rent (BTR) ,apartments, andretirement livingdevelopments.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & Management:Oversee development projects from concept through to completion. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and manage the coordination of both internal teams and external consultants (architects, contractors, engineers).Site Selection & Feasibility:Lead site assessments and feasibility studies, conduct market analysis and financial modeling to assess potential development opportunities and project viability.Design & Planning:Collaborate with architects and urban planners to guide the design process. Oversee planning applications, zoning approvals, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Construction & Delivery:Manage construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Proactively resolve challenges and manage project risks.Budget & Financial Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with finance teams to secure funding and monitor project expenditures.Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders including investors, contractors, local authorities, and community groups. Ensure transparency and maintain strong relationships throughout the development process.Sustainability & Innovation:Lead initiatives to incorporate sustainable design and construction practices. Champion eco-friendly developments and stay up-to-date on innovations in property development.Qualifications:Education:A Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) are a plus.Experience:Experience in managing property development projects, preferably inresidential ,commercial, ormixed-usedevelopments.Skills:Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, planning regulations, and sustainable development practices. Proficient in project management, budgeting, and scheduling. Familiarity with project management software is advantageous.Personal Attributes:Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
