THE ROLE...
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team. Based in our state office in Canning Vale, you will serve as a point of contact for clients with queries about products, orders & deliveries and provide support for internal sales representatives.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge and passion for providing outstanding client experience. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a dynamic team, we would like to meet you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE...
5. Liaising directly with Builders over phone & email
6. Supporting the sales force with general administrative duties to help reach the team’s objectives
7. Keep accurate client and job records
8. Data entry and database maintenance
9. Relationship management with both customers and suppliers
10. Maintain internal team relationships
11. Order management – maintaining accurate delivery dates and stock allocations
12. Liaising with internal divisions such as procurement, warehousing and logistics teams to ensure projects run smoothly
13. Problem-solving any on-site issues that may arise and achieving timely resolutions
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE...
14. Be a customer service superstar!
15. Have high-level organisational skills and the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
16. Be proactive, enthusiastic and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
17. Be confident, professional and have excellent interpersonal skills
18. Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
19. Have strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative
20. Be highly competent in Excel and other Microsoft suite products
21. Previous experience in the building industry/ with building products is highly sought after but not essential
