Our facilities are expanding and we are looking for self-motivated, passionate and enthusiastic fitness professionals to join our team!
You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality fitness classes to our community.
You will assist with the development and planning of fitness, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
Remuneration of $35.54 gross per hour + superannuation.
Positions are casual and on an as needs basis.

Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver high energy land base and aquatic fitness classes tailored to all fitness levels.
Assist customers with membership sign ups and membership inductions.
Provide guidance and feedback to members to ensure the safe use of equipment.
Provide quality customer service to all members and casual users.
Set up and pack down of equipment for classes.
Help to drive promotions for prospective members and engage current members in retention activities.
Assist in the maintenance of gym equipment and the facility.
Ensure consistent high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and security is maintained within the facility.
Participate in regular in-house training sessions and staff meetings.
Adhere to Council's policies and procedures.
Maintain currency of qualifications relevant to the position.
What you will need to succeed: Certificate III or IV in Fitness or equivalent.
Current CPR Certificate or proof of enrolment in course.
Current First Aid Certificate or proof of enrolment in course.
NSW Working With Children Check Clearance.
Qualifications in Yoga, Pilates and/or Aqua Aerobics (Desirable).
In accordance with Work Health and Safety legislation, successful candidates are required to be vaccinated for Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B and will be asked to provide evidence of this.
This position is subject to NSW Child Protection Legislation.
