In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our people strategy and fostering a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from employee relations and compliance to talent development, project management and recruitment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the team who provide Advisory support across all areas, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.Business Partner Executive and National Leadership teams through coaching and mentoring managers, building their capability to lead and develop their teams.Drive a high-performance culture by implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and motivation.
