Our client is seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to provide essential HR administration and payroll support for the ANZ region.
This role will be key to maintaining payroll accuracy, HRIS data management, and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover position based in Rydalmere, NSW, with hybrid work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate monthly payroll for employees in Australia and New Zealand.
Employee Queries: Address payroll-related questions and support staff with HR queries.
HRIS Management: Maintain employee records and files in the Oracle-based HRIS, ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards.
Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and preparing employment contracts.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Administer new hire orientation and exit processes to ensure smooth transitions.
Communication Management: Manage the HR APAC inbox, responding to or directing all inquiries appropriately.
Reporting: Compile and deliver both internal and external HR reports as required.
Confidentiality and Compliance: Ensure the confidentiality of employee records and adhere to QMS and WHS policies.
General Administration: Perform any additional HR duties as assigned by the Director, Human Resources APAC.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in HR and Payroll administration.
Proficiency in managing HRIS and payroll systems, with strong administrative and organizational skills.
High level of attention to detail in managing and documenting employee data.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a high workload in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Education and Qualifications: Preferably holding or working toward a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
