As the Digital Delivery Manager within the Disruption Transformation team, you will work closely with the project Stream Leads to enable the successful delivery of key program initiatives. You will manage stream initiative execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensure that stream goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget. As part of this role, you will work closely with a diverse stakeholder mix to capture and track stream deliverables, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve desired outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will collaborate with the Program’s Stream Leads to define sprint objectives, allocate resources based on team capacity / project requirements and prioritise backlog items. You will work closely with the various Project Leads to create clear, actionable sprint plans and monitor progress throughout the sprint life cycle. You will also work closely with the Business and Technology Delivery Managers to monitor capacity planning and resource management to ensure that stream demands are met efficiently and effectively. A large component of the role will also involve delivery schedule management including the ability to identify and manage project dependencies and interdependencies. You’ll have – 7 years of program management and delivery experience Tertiary qualification or appropriate practical experience in Program Management (e.g. Prince 2, Scrum Master, Agile Project Management) Experience delivering technology transformation projects (highly regarded) Understanding of the software delivery life cycle (highly desirable) Excellent stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions Experience in creating effective team environments Demonstrated learning capability, ability to work with ambiguity, and to rapidly adjust to new contexts, technologies and trends Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand business strategies, commercial drivers, issues and risks Proven experience in project management including a track record of managing multiple projects and initiatives, meeting deadlines, and delivering results with minimal supervision Ability to run forums with senior management participation Ability to manage and prioritise competing tasks to ensure deadlines are met Strong customer focus with the ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proven and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly self-motivated with a strong team spirit Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact effectively with senior management, including managing their expectations within a challenging business environment Strong Written Communication skills Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA and Confluence), and Clarity to deliver projects effectively Why Qantas?
