In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests, across our large scale Conference & Events operations.About the Role!Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Banqueting Sous Chef will be responsible for:Supervise, train and develop kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high-energy working environment.Oversee and uphold food quality and hygiene standards in our Banqueting kitchen operations.Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to assist in menu preparation.Manage inventory, order supplies and minimise waste to optimise kitchen efficiency.Facilitate and promote a collaborative interdepartmental work environment throughout the hotel.Collaborate with the Conference & Events Planning team to ensure clients visions are met and exceeded.
