In this ongoing Full-Time role, you will work closely with a dedicated team of Educators to provide top-quality care for children aged 0-6 years in a play-based environment. Experienced Teachers will have an opportunity to work full-time across 4 days a week or 9 days a fortnight. Just as important, you’ll become part of a close-knit team who support each other, learn from each other and love coming to work. What You’ll Do Ensure policies and procedures are followed for a safe environment. Guide and mentor Educators, leading by example. Create, implement, and evaluate engaging curriculums for children in your care. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or equivalent. Current registration with the Teacher's Registration Board WA (TRBWA). Proven experience in supporting the development and learning of children aged 0-6 years. Strong knowledge and practical application of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS). Current First Aid certification, including asthma and anaphylaxis training. Commitment to continuous improvement and self-learning for optimal child outcomes. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Valid WA Working with Children’s Check. National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months). As part of our commitment to being a Child Safe organisation, successful candidates are required to provide their Immunisation History Statement. While immunisations are highly encouraged, they are not mandatory. This information will help us assess and implement appropriate safety measures for everyone.
