In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice, education, and support to management and staff on a range of Human Resources-related matters.
You will also play a key role in coordinating organisational HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and corporate training.
What you will bring Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
Tertiary qualifications (diploma or degree) in a relevant discipline such as Human Resource Management with some experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, or have significant experience in these fields.
Demonstrated ability and experience to develop, deliver and evaluate training programs
Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in the use of a HR System and Microsoft Office software applications
Salary and Conditions The position is classified within Band 6 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $90,876.24 to $98,943.00 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
