About the Role
This role will provide first level support to staff via the onsite Tech Bars in our Brisbane office. This includes responding to ‘walk up’ requests for support, telephone support, and responding to emails.
In addition Tech Bar staff form an integral part of the onsite support team at each office location and maintain equipment such as the monitors and cameras used at workstations.
Given this is an onsite support role, remote working is not possible and attendance at the office is required % of the time.
Additional tasks will include:
1. Action Incidents and Requests via our IT Service Management Tool
2. Level 1 Support for all End User devices and desk setup
3. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
4. Assist with setting up and configuring devices
5. Troubleshoot and resolve problems within the MS platform
6. Experience with packaging and deployment of Windows
7. Experience troubleshooting third party applications across the Modern Managed device environment

About you

10. Experience providing L1 Service Desk and Onsite Support.
11. Microsoft experience (Azure Fundamentals Certification preferred) including Teams.
12. Strong people skills.
13. Demonstrate basic network troubleshooting skills.
14. Strong general troubleshooting skills.
15. Strong experience of customer service.
16. Understanding of IT Service Management processes and procedures.
17. Happy to work onsite in Brisbane supporting our internal teams.
