As our Deployment Analyst, you’ll facilitate business change with a focus on the application of technology across our Petcare Segment within the ANZ region.
Working in a close nit & supportive team, you’ll provide functional analysis for business. capability or own a functional stream in a large project, ensuring the right solution is delivered on cost, time and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Determine business process and information requirements to deliver effective business process and system changes;
5. Analyse systems configuration to determine best practices and process renovation.
6. Work cross functionally to determine system functional requirements, completing design in line with overall project aims;
7. Aiding in the development of accurate and concise functional requirements;
8. Converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
9. Consult with Template, Architecture and Security stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose solutions are delivered;
10. Analysis of business and systems impact of solutions and planning to achieve delivery;
11. Managing critical path and high-risk activities, identifying potential threats and conflicts, and implementing mitigating actions;
Our ideal candidate
12. Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information System preferable;
13. Ability to demonstrate business analyst or deployment experience in various functional areas;
14. Process understanding of FMCG industry;
15. Exposure to ERP systems and processes.
16. Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile Project Methodology;
17. Strong Stakeholder management and influencing skills;
18. Ability to work independently in a flexible and changing environment and manage multiple activities and priorities;
19. Ability to engage with the team and utilise resources to achieve outcomes.
