This role plays a critical part in supporting the finance department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through both accounts receivable management and administrative assistance.Key Responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:Accounts Receivable Management:Oversee invoice generation, ensure accurate and timely processing, and manage customer payment allocations.Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, working with the sales team to reduce aged receivables and improve cash flow.Perform customer credit checks, set up new accounts, and manage credit limits to mitigate the risk of bad debts.Regularly review aged receivables, develop and implement strategies for timely collection, and resolve payment discrepancies.Prepare and present accounts receivable reports, including aged debt analysis and cash flow forecasts, to senior management.Upload invoices to customer portals, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate records and supporting cash flow management.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency in receivables management.Support year-end audit processes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to the office, including managing travel bookings, procurement, and welcoming visitors.Assist with coordinating office maintenance, equipment tagging, testing.Handle office communications, such as answering calls, while supporting various ad hoc office projects as needed.Key Requirements: Proven experience in accounts receivable management and general financial administration.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.SAP experience highly regarded.Experience in office reception and administrative tasks is highly regarded.The role is vast and varied and requires someone who is self- starter and can hit the ground running and make an immediate positive impact.This is an exceptional opportunity for those who consider themselves to already be at the top their game.
