Could this be you?You will provide high level administration, secretarial assistance and support to three Executives; our Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive General Manager – Fundraising, Marketing & Communications (EGM-FMC).
This is a diverse, busy hands-on role which requires professionalism, superior interpersonal skills and strong organisation and time management to support the leaders and operational teams and works alongside the Executive Assistant Team.This is a full time position based at ANZAC House in Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements available.
An outstanding opportunity to contribute to the great work of the RSL and make a difference.Your role will involve:Proactively supporting the COO, CFO and EGM-FMC to meet day to day priorities/tasks including diary management, appointment and travel arrangements, email and inbox management, documentation and report preparation.Assisting with the coordination of staff meetings, executive leadership and senior leadership meetings and department/team meetings.Preparing papers, agendas, minutes and presentation content for various internal and external committees and meetings.Assisting with functions and events such as State Annual Conference, Hall of Fame, ANZAC Day.About youAs an enthusiastic and highly organised Executive Assistant you will have a proven track record delivering administration and operational support to an executive or executive team.
You'll be someone who can hit the ground running requiring minimal supervision and can engage with people at all levels across our organisation and network.
