• Experience with hybrid Exchange environments, including Office 365 integration. • Knowledge of email archiving solutions Enterprise Vault, SMTP archiving etc. • Familiarity with email migration tools and strategies. • Experience with third-party email security solutions e.g., FireEye, DLP etc. • Vendor-specific certifications or training in Exchange Server technologies. • Experience in training and mentoring team members to enhance their knowledge and expertise. • In-depth knowledge of Exchange Server architecture, including high availability and disaster recovery. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage service outages and escalations independently. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Desired Skills:- • 8 years of experience in Exchange Server administration and support. • Certifications: MCSE, Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator, Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, CompTIA Security, ITIL, CISSP is a plus. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
