Design marketing materials, including property brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and social media content. Manage and maintain company website and social media accounts, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with company messaging. Create property listings and advertisements across multiple portals and platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand guidelines. Plan and execute promotional events, including open homes, property launches, and community engagement activities. Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Track marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within allocated resources. Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior property management and sales teams, ensuring smooth office operations. Manage office schedules and appointments, coordinating meetings, inspections, and client interactions. Prepare and manage property-related documentation, including leases, contracts, and inspection reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Maintain CRM and databases, ensuring accurate entry and management of client, tenant, and property information. Coordinate property inspections, open houses, and client meetings, handling all logistical arrangements. Process invoices, receipts, and payments, liaising with the accounts team to ensure financial accuracy. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and preparing reports for property management and sales teams. Manage client communications, including email and phone calls, responding to queries and providing exceptional customer service. Operational Support Assist with daily office operations, ensuring the office environment is organised and efficient. Manage and order office supplies, ensuring the team has everything they need to work effectively.
