Boronia Heights State School has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Deputy Principal to join the team from 03 March 2025 until 21 November 2025, unless otherwise determined.
As the Deputy Principal, you will look after years 4-6; this position will focus on curriculum and student behaviour, leadership, and support. Handover to the position will be provided by the incumbent.

About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Deputise for the Principal when required.
* Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
