You will be the strategic partner that is the link between our customers and the people that can drive growth and success.You’ll work as part of a cross functional team known as a HIVE which consists of members who manage Specialist Sales, Success and Support. When you join the Relationship Manager- Hybrid team within the Customer Group you join a wider group of like-minded individuals representing product, IT, sales and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, legal – all the people you need to create products our consumers love and customers value.What the role is all aboutManage and maintain relationships with customers utilising both virtual and F2F channels, ensuring their needs are met.Identify customer needs and growth opportunities, engage and introduce relevant Hive team members to action.Grow revenue through product upgrades and maintain 100% product retention.Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews and connecting customers with Customer Success.Maintain strong relationships with Hive team members across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales Support.Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan with Hive team engagement.Maintain and grow depth of relationship with key customers and execute effective customer engagement programs.Who we’re looking forA team player- RM's are the important link between other members of the HIVESomeone with a proven track record of building meaningful connections to multiple stakeholders, both virtually and in personSomeone with strong communication skillsA ‘can do’ attitudeSomeone who approaches tasks creatively – those who ‘think outside the box’A ‘people person’ - relationships are the core of what we do.
