Required Qualifications & Certifications
Education:

Your Key Responsibilities
Technical Issue Resolution: Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for system failures.
IT Helpdesk Support: Address client IT concerns via chat, email, phone, or on-site visits.
Hardware & Software Maintenance: Install, update, and configure systems for maximum efficiency.
System & Network Monitoring: Ensure network connectivity, uptime, and security compliance.
Cloud & Remote Support: Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and remote IT infrastructure.
Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity best practices to prevent IT vulnerabilities.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of IT issues, solutions, and preventive measures.
