Casual SMA Concierge - Internal Applicants Only
The SMA Concierge is the first impression for clients, guests and visitors to Adelaide Oval. This is a front-line role, which requires someone who is extremely well-organised, professional, passionate, energetic and welcoming. Along with exceptional customer service skills, you will have strong administration skills and experience in reservations and managing a busy environment.
It is important that the SMA Concierge strives to deliver outstanding customer services and make positive first impressions with every customer.
What you'll be doing
* Manage a busy switchboard promptly and with an excellent phone manner.
* Assist with patron enquiries and effectively resolve customer feedback.
* Coordinate daily reservations across Adelaide Oval departments including tours, experiences and RoofClimb.
* Daily check-in of Adelaide Oval Tours and Adelaide Oval Ambassador Group support.
* Distributing incoming mail and accounting for outgoing mail, arranging couriers.
* Ascertaining visitors needs and announce the arrival of guests to internal staff.
* Assist with correspondence and other general company administration.
* Other duties as assigned from time to time.
What you will bring
To be eligible for this position you will need to have proven experience managing a busy Reception or proven experience in a Concierge role.
In addition, to be successful in this role you will able to demonstrate:
* Availability to work across a 7-day week rotating roster including public holidays.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Professional and polite telephone manner.
* Warm and engaging personality, taking pride in personal presentation.
* The ability to retain patient & empathetic while assisting in elevated correspondence.
