An experienced delivery-focused Technical Services Competency Centre Lead is required to join the Data and Integration Services Team within the Bureau's Data & Digital Group (DDG). The candidate will need to bring an established record of managing the delivery pipeline and project outcomes for a complex non-production environment. The Technical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the infrastructure build services, environment establishment, environment management, and support services for projects and broader integrated releases. This role ensures that the Technical Services team delivers high-quality infrastructure and services within agreed timeframes and scope. The Manager will collaborate with the Engagement Competency Centre Lead and Delivery Office to maintain a consolidated pipeline of work and manage ongoing environment management and support.The Technical Services Competency Centre lead will need to leverage previous experience working with multiple stakeholders and service providers to successfully manage delivery outcomes that include onboarding, consultation, design, review, build, testing and deployment coordination.
