As part of their growth agenda, they are seeking a Head of Category to report into the GM - Sales & Marketing as part of the leadership team.The RoleThis is a newly created role where the Head of Category will take the lead in reviewing and enhancing the company's current Category Management processes. You will be instrumental in creating and implementing category management frameworks that drive growth and innovation. Working closely with the marketing and commercial teams, alongside key retail partners, you will spearhead range review processes whilst also supporting portfolio management and SRM initiatives.Your ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have solid experience as a Senior Category Manager within the food or beverage sectors. You should possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with a collaborative approach to leadership.
