To be successful in this role you will have:
8. Demonstrated experience with strong leadership with HR teams that provide a diverse range of recruitment solutions and services.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
10. Demonstrated experience in policy analysis and providing of strategic advice to senior executives, that contributes to and informs departmental and national priorities.
11. Confidence to work within and navigate briefing and approval processes within a large government agency.
12. High level negotiation skills and an ability to identify, understand and connect strategic priorities and operational opportunities.
13. An ability to juggle and prioritise multiple and sometimes competing initiatives and requests for briefs, reports and plans.
14. A strategic and empathetic leadership style in a complex and often sometimes challenging setting.
15. A willingness to work with subject matter experts to identify and champion creative, innovative and best fit solutions to address workforce changes.
