This role involves completing safety checks and tests only, and changing hardwired smoke alarms. There is no further work, quoting, paperwork, or manual labor required, making this position easy and stress-free. Finish early on a Friday and only do overtime if you want to. About the Opportunity: Receive a daily run sheet of jobs to complete each day and have the support of a local office if needed. Conduct safety inspections at residential rental properties in accordance with Government Legislation in NSW, which includes but is not limited to: smoke alarm testing, water efficiency checks, blind compliance, air conditioning cleaning, and a minimal switchboard safety check.
