About the role
We are a results focussed company, we don't prescribe to traditional kpi's and we work hard to produce expected results.
The ideal person for this role would be autonomous, self-motivated, have a Sales & Business Development focus and a dependable desire to deliver expectations across the entire team.
You'll manage a team P&L, budgets and targets whilst making placements of your own.
Requirements for this role
* Senior experience as an agency recruiter.
* Demonstrable successes delivering above budget and exceeding targets.
* Highly skilled sales and Business Development capability.
* Natural leadership capabilities and ability to manage a team.
