Play a key role in a diverse and global organisationDay to day interface with Rio Tinto Australia’s Dampier Salt operations at Port Hedland and DampierPermanent Full time | Location – Perth CBDWe are looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst (Contracts Administrator) to work closely with the Business Partner Ports & DSL on assigned sourcing scopes and support projects which contribute to the delivery of commercially favourable contracts and deliver optimal value to the Rio Tinto Business Unit.A favourable attribute will be the ability to create detailed spend analysis and compare with external global market / cost analysis. This role requires someone who has a meticulous eye for detail to extract / collate data from various sources, consolidate the datasets and then analyse / interpret the data to present meaningful information and insight (i.e. trends, patterns or gaps) for the procurement team and business to review.This role is a great opportunity for someone who has strong analytical skills, sound data management capabilities, excellent multitasking ability and demonstrated experience in establishing collaborative working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
