The role:
Due to growth, we are looking for an Occupational Therapis t to join the team. This role is based around Southern Highlands and is open to both fulltime & part time hours with flexible working arrangements and work from home.
Provide high quality, evidence based occupational therapy services to clients under Aged Care funding. These services aim to promote independence and restore functional independence to enable clients to remain living at home.

About you:
11. Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency
12. Post graduate experience working with a variety of aged care services, including the community setting
13. Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients living in the community
14. Knowledge of wellness, re-ablement and restorative care approaches
15. Demonstrated ability to work in a team, and independently
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
17. Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software to support a working from home position
18. Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisations values through interactions at work
19. Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
20. Valid unrestricted driver’s license and a reliable registered vehicle with minimum of Third-Party Insurance
