We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer in a health-related business with proven telemarketing skills to join our client's growing team. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain accurate records and databases Prepare reports and presentations as required Undertake telemarketing activities to generate leads and appointments Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Skills and Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role Demonstrated telemarketing skills and experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Google Suite Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Positive and proactive attitude Accreditations, Associations and Certificates: Must have a current First Aid Certificate Must have or obtain prior to the job, an NDIS worker screening check (Yellow Card) Must have or obtain prior to the job, a Queensland disability issued worker screening clearance (Blue Card) To Apply: If you are a highly motivated and experienced administrator with exceptional telemarketing skills, we encourage you to apply.
