media management, website projects, and email marketing campaigns for our clients and our internal platforms.This role is perfect for someone who:Is highly organised and thrives in digital you'll manage and advise them on social, web, and email projects.You'll also collaborate with talented stakeholders, including content creators and web developers, to ensure successful delivery.You'll be hands-on, creating short-form videos for social media, designing digital graphics using tools like Canva, InShot, and CapCut, and performing basic web development alongside regular website updates using our preferred closed-source platform.You'll also help maintain our website, manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and oversee email marketing services.In addition, you'll be responsible for account performance management and preparing monthly reports for clients to ensure their campaigns are hitting key performance metrics.This is a pivotal role, marking an needed to take the lead.Outline of the Position's Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:Serve as the primary contact for client social media accounts, coordinating contractors and client briefsOnboard new social media accountsOnboard and manage new web development projects, briefing contractors and coordinating the build on behalf of clientsMonitor and contribute to community management on social profiles (for both clients and our own accounts)Content Creation & Management:Create and edit engaging multimedia content, including reels and basic graphics, to support marketing campaigns for clients and our own social media profilesCollaborate with team members and contractors to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and projectsCopywriting for captions, marketing emails, and website contentSource user-generated content (UGC) and identify potential collaborationsBrief content creatorsCreate and manage social media stories (for clients and our own profiles)Performance Analysis:Track and analyse social media metrics to optimise content and campaignsCreate monthly reports and lead client meetings on engagement, reach, and ROI, using insights to inform future strategiesMonitor website analytics and email marketing campaign reportsSocial Media Ad Management:Create and manage ads in Meta Business Suite for clients and our internal platformsAdvise on appropriate ad budgets to support client goalsProvide monthly ad performance reportsBusiness Development Support:Collaborate with the team on internal marketing campaignsCreate social media and website audits for potential new clientsField calls and emails from potential new clients interested in digital marketing servicesLead monthly strategy and reporting meetings with clients to discuss social media performance and future goalsAbout YouMinimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media managementProficient in digital platforms, including Meta Business Suite, website CMS, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Asana, and design tools like Canva (or Adobe), InShot, and CapCutStrong knowledge of social media platforms and trendsExperience with paid social media adsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with a high standard of customer serviceStrong attention to detail and a flair for creative content creationProficient copywriting skills and a solid understanding of content marketingFamiliarity with Microsoft operating systemsProblem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and adapt to
