Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeWe are excited to announce an opportunity for aPeople and Culture Business Partnerto join our dynamic team at Nucleus Network.As the only global phase 1 clinical trials specialist with facilities in both the USA and Australia, we are committed to "advancing medicine and improving lives" by attracting exceptional talent.Since our founding in 2004, Nucleus Network has successfully conducted over 1500 phase 1 clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies from the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China.Our organisation is characterized by our core values, outstanding work culture, dedication to staff development, and commitment to providing an optimal work environment.Join us on this exciting journey of growth and gain world-class experience working with some of the most innovative biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies globally.About the roleThePeople and Culture Business Partnerplays a pivotal part in change management and cultural enrichment.Working collaboratively with the leadership team across a designated Portfolio, they will drive and implement employee-centric initiatives, aligned with organisational goals.By fostering strong partnerships with their stakeholders and driving alignment with global objectives, the business partner will play a key role in supporting the organisation's success and promoting a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture.Key responsibilitiesBuild strong partnerships with leadership to drive strategic support and serve as the primary point of contact for all state-based P&C activities.Collaborate with leadership in the development and execution of the engagement strategy.Offer expert guidance and support on employee relations matters to foster a positive work environment.Monitor employment legislation changes, updating policies and procedures accordingly.Support the implementation of governance structures, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.Assist leadership in implementing recruitment and selection processes.Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new employees to enhance retention and engagement.Support the performance management process, facilitating training and development activities.Assist with the execution of competitive remuneration strategies.Manage reward and recognition programs.Coordinate Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (OHSW) activities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience working in an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally within a high-performance culture and dynamic environment.Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.Strong understanding of organisational development, employee engagement, talent management, and culture transformation.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to analyse complex situations and provide strategic HR solutions.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications.If you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.At Nucleus Network we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive space where every individual feels they can be their full selves.
