4. Cash Handling/ Invoicing and Billing

Qualifications and Experience
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Social Media
RSA certified or willing to obtain (sometimes require support in the Bar or Restaurant)
Dish Washer
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Maintain a clean kitchen, wash and sort all dishes.
2. Organisation and preparation of food as required by head chef.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience ideal, but not required.
Food safety certificate or willing to obtain.
Ability to work across a 7-day roster.
Chef
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Plan, prepare, and cook food to top quality.
2. Help senior staff and keep kitchen organised and efficient.
3. Ensure safe food handling, sanitation, and food storage procedures.
4. Restocking inventory as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years in kitchen experience as chef apprenticeship.
Food safety certificate or willing to obtain.
Ability to work across a 7-day roster.
