As a Learning Design Specialist, you will design effective learning solutions that encompass contemporary learning principles, M&E and design models that meet the business needs.
Your role undertakes the design of learning interventions and projects to support capability and development initiatives across the business.
You will also manage and support the establishment of learning and content and knowledge management via the learning management system.
This will be full-time, 12 month secondment /contract position based in the Newcastle or Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver to the NI Capability strategy and learning priorities for each business unit.
Utilise design principles, frameworks and technology to ensure effective and high-quality learning solutions Support Leader and capability uplift as required.
Provide effective customer-centric service across all aspects of L&D. Design and deliver individual and group learning initiatives as required.
Undertake relevant administration tasks, including learning content, knowledge management, learning management and other systems, to ensure compliance and adherence to policy, procedure and processes ABOUT YOU Experience in all aspects of contemporary learning and development in medium to large organizations.
Demonstrated experience in training design, development, delivery and evaluation in a similar business environment.
Experience using learning authoring and design tools such as Articulate 360, Powtoon or Adobe suite Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
