The Role
We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join the team at MuMu, if you have similar experience and a passion for South-East Asian cuisine this could be the next role for you.
1. 2-3 years experience as a senior sous or sous chef in a high-end restaurant or similar style venue.
2. Strong Asian cooking experience in all sections including wok.
3. Can support the head chefs and help manage a large team of 25+ chefs
4. Good understanding of Asian flavours and cooking techniques.
5. Ability to lead and drive the team, good communication and execution.
6. A good understanding of financials, WH&S and management processes.
7. Can build strong relationships with the front of house team and senior team members.
